This time period begins at the point that the cat/kitten leaves the possession of the Seller, whether it is at the cattery or at some point of shipping. The cat/kitten, if shipped, comes to you with a veterinarian’s health certificate and a record of vaccinations and de-wormings. The MD State law provides that if, within (14) fourteen days following the sale of an animal subject to this article or receipt of the written notice required by section seven hundred fifty four of this article, whichever occurred last, a veterinarian of the consumer’s choosing, licensed by a state certifies such animal to be unfit for purchase due to illness or the presence of symptoms of a contagious or infectious disease, or if, within 180 calendar days following such sale or receipt, whichever occurred last, a licensed veterinarian certifies such animal to be unfit for purchase due to a congenial malformation which adversely affects the health of the animal, the SELLER shall afford the consumer the right to exchange the animal or provide other choices based on NYS Article 35D. IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE KITTEN - CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU PANIC AND GO TO THE EMERGENCY VET HOSPITAL YOU MAY ASSUME ALL COSTS UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW. Sometimes we can provide a simple at home remedy, which can save you a cost of hundreds in vet bills. Early detection is important in preventing and avoiding situation from being very bad. Please be very careful with emergency vet hospitals, due to the fact that some of them are revenue driven corporations. Any expenses for health care in excess of two hundred ($200.00) dollars, requested of the Seller by the Buyer, within fourteen (14) days following the sale of an animal, will be paid at the discretion of the Seller only upon prior approval from the Seller received by the Buyer via SMS or electronic mail. If the Buyer fails to comply with this aspect of the subject Agreement, the Buyer forfeits any rights the Buyer may otherwise have.

Optional 10 Year Health Warranty

In years 3-10 if the puppy were to pass away from a life-altering congenital or hereditary condition diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian, buyer is entitled to a 50% store credit towards a puppy of their choosing. We recognize that no warranty or any amount of reimbursement can fully or emotionally compensate for the loss of a valued member of your family. We do believe that getting another puppy helps with the healing process.

To help ensure this I will have a veterinarian examine your puppy not more than one week prior to the date you take possession of your puppy, and I ask that you have your veterinarian do an examination of your puppy not more than 5 days after receiving your puppy.Your puppy will come with all age appropriate vaccinations and dewormings, but it may still need more to be fully vaccinated. I will send a copy of all vaccines and dewormings your puppy has received with your puppy along with when the next set of vaccinations and dewormings is recommended. After that you and your veterinarian should establish what vaccines and care your puppy should receive.

Exceptions to the Guarantee:

I cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, or breeding ability of your new puppy. I cannot replace your puppy for hip or elbow dyspepsia if your puppy is overweight and/or if you cannot produce a history of joint supplement vitamins, and maintained a proper diet of premium foods. All food changes must be approved for your health guarantee to withstand by the breeder.In the event that your puppy is diagnosed with hip or elbow dyspepsia the breeder will require x-rays and a second opinion from a Vet of the breeders choice.I cannot replace your puppy if routine medical care has not been maintained for your puppy. This includes all vaccines, deworming, heart worm prevention, and flea and tick prevention. You are required to have your puppy seen annually by your veterinarian and maintain all vaccines and preventative care as recommended by your veterinarian.This guarantee does not include any costs associated with spaying and neutering this puppy including that of U UN-descended testicles.Failure to receive adequate and regular veterinary care will void this guarantee.
